Good Morning Rachyl,
I’m not a person that usually writes these types of e-mails, but because of the outstanding service that you and the tech at Waterway provided to me I felt I had to let you know. Your personal commitment to helping me get the original part in the shortest amount of time was extremely helpful, but after realizing I had the wrong part you really went over and above the level of customer service that most company’s provide. Calling me back and identifying that the broken multiport that I had was not a Waterway model and that you could not provide a replacement was disappointing, but you continued to help! Taking the next step to have a service tech discuss the issue with me and try to solve the problem is really the definition of great customer service. Him telling me that I could possibly salvage my situation by mixing the parts of the new multiport I ordered and my existing unit may be a solution.
Just wanted to let you know, my filter is now fully functional and working thanks to you and a service tech from Waterway. I really appreciate the assistance you both gave to me when I needed technical assoistance the most.
Thank you both and you’ve created a lifelong Waterway customer for any of my pool needs.
