These Waterway pump traps look similar, but they are not interchangeable. Before you order a replacement be sure to check the size of the union nut that connects the trap to the face of the pump. The union nuts are different sizes and are labeled with different part numbers(as shown in lower pics). Trap 310-6500 will fit the Hi Flo and Hi Flo II pumps. Trap 310-5400 will fit the Iron Might, E Series, Spa Flo, TWM, and Center Discharge pumps.
TWIST-LOCK JETS
Rotate spa jet face counter-clockwise (about 1/4 turn until it stops). Then apply additional turning force past the stop to unlock. Now pull jet insert outward, free of its housing.
Tip: Rubber gloves will help you get a better grip.
Part number 417-5260 is no longer manufactured. A possible replacement is 417-5060, however, it does require a ribbed gasket (711-4030) or an o-ring (805-0229) Notice the groove on the face of buttress side. The older obsolete version was smooth for a flat gasket.
417-5060 is a 2″ SPG and will not work as a 1.5″ slip. If you need this fitting for a 1.5″ slip use part number 417-2090. All the fittings mentioned are the same on the buttress thread side.
Outside diameter is 10″ . These are Waterway Renegade skimmer lids, available in several colors, all are available with or without the center insert. They are typically listed as 9″ Round lids, that is the skimmer mounting ring size.

Pressure gauge Adapter Fitting 519-7431 is a double threaded reducer bushing, 1/2″ x 1/4″, to attach the pressure gauge (sold separately) to the ClearWater II pool filter tank. 1/4″ FPT threads accept the pressure gauge and 1/2″ MPT threads pass to the inside of the tank, where they are secured by a large Wing Nut (519-7441)

Newer models of the Waterway Pro Clean Plus filters (2016+) use 2.5″ unions on both the intake and the discharge of the filter tank. The assembly may use an o-ring (805-0232) or a ribbed flat gasket (711-6020). They are available in both white and black, and with a few different adapters, 2″ slip being the most popular. Waterway Snap-in jets came in several styles and sizes. Cluster storm, Mini storm, Poly storm, and Power storm. The Mini storm snap in jet is pictured. Snap in jets have been replaced with “thread in ” jets, however they are not interchangeable. The (jet body) determines what style jet will fit. The snap in jet diffuser (rear part) may have the number 218-6930 engraved on it. Snap in body is pictured below .
No matter what style (faceplate and color) Mini storm jet you had you may need to replace it with the only color and style that is still produced, Sterling Silver (almost white and directional).

Replacing the jet body to convert to the thread in style requires a lot of plumbing work.
Sterling Silver is the color on the right. This directional style jet is the only replacement for Mini Storm. Roto, twin roto, massage, galaxy, multi massage, and massage are no longer available.
The Wedge is the most advanced approach to simple and secure installations on portable spas. It requires no silicone and allows for inconsistent hole sizes. It also provides a lower profile.
Notice the “wedge” shape of the thick grey gasket, it is a compression seal and eliminates the need for spot facing (smoothing) the back surface. Requires 4″ hole, face plate is 5.16″ wide and this fitting is available in both 2″ and 2.5″ slip . Available at waterwayparts.com
